    International residents and visitors are welcome.
    English consultations are available, and we will do our best to communicate your symptoms and concerns clearly and carefully.

  • Clear Explanations

    Before any examination or treatment, we explain the purpose, details, possible risks, recovery time when applicable, and fees in advance. We proceed only after you fully understand and consent.

  • Support After Your Visit

    Follow-up guidance is provided after examinations or treatments when needed. Medical certificates can be issued in English upon request. Please contact us in advance for insurance-related documents.

WHAT TO BRING

When visiting our clinic, please bring the items listed on the right for a smooth check-in process.
Please note that the items you need to bring differ depending on whether you are a foreign resident in Japan or a visitor from overseas.
Additional documents may be required depending on your consultation or treatment.

For Residents in Japan

If you use Japanese public health insurance, please present your My Number Card registered for health insurance use or your Eligibility Confirmation Certificate. Self-pay patients should bring a valid photo ID.

    APPOINTMENTS

    Our clinic is fully by appointment. Please make your appointment through our website or official LINE account. Online booking is recommended, but appointments by phone are also available for urgent inquiries.

    CHECK-IN

    Please arrive at your scheduled appointment time. At the reception desk, please present a valid photo ID, such as your passport or Residence Card. First-time patients may be asked to complete a medical questionnaire.

    CONSULTATION & RECOMMENDATIONS

    The doctor will carefully assess your current condition and concerns, and recommend examinations, treatments, or procedures as needed. We will explain the details, possible risks, and fees in advance before proceeding.

    We accept cash, major credit cards, and selected cashless payment options.

Consultations are available in Japanese and English.
For other languages, a medical interpreter or additional support may be required to ensure accurate communication and informed consent.
